Obedience Classes

Click and Treat!
This class is fun and motivational and varies from week to week. Some of the things that are covered in this class are: Rally obedience, heeling to music, tricks, nosework and more! This class is student driven, so if there is something you would like to teach your dog, come to this class and make a suggestion!

Clicker Fun, Rally and Games!!!
A three week class to teach the power of the clicker and how positive motivational training can teach you how to teach your dog almost anything. This class is open to all dogs. Food will be the primary motivator.

Perfect Puppy
Puppies 9 weeks-18 weeks
Socialize your puppy and lay the foundation for polite behavior. Puppies will interact as well as learn basic behaviors; sit, down, come, walk on leash. Food will be used as a primary reinforcer.

Awesome Adolescent and Adult
19 weeks and up
Teach your dog to choose polite behaviors without force or pain, using positive reinforcement and fun. Basic behaviors; sit, down, come, walk on leash, and approaches to changing undesirable behaviors will be covered. Food will be used as a primary reinforcer.

Competent (and FUN) Canine with CWags Obedience
CWags = Canine Work And Games allows "the handler to interact more naturally with their teammate (the dog) and notes it is a 'new approach to obedience'". Reinforcement is allowed at the end of any of the stationery exercises and handlers can talk to their dogs during their performance!! CWags welcomes all people, all dogs with some special classes that will have you smiling and your dog having a great time!
CWags Obedience uses some exercises found in more traditional venues as well as some new, fun exercises as well. CWags Obedience compliments the other venues extremely well. Some exercises are different and some more challenging but the training should not cause any issues for a dog competing in other organizations.

PRE-REQUISITE: Basic Obedience/Control of dog

Compatible Canine (Rally – AKC, APDT & CWags)
Class will teach the basics about Rally (AKC-APDT & CWags). If you want to try something different or if you want to spend some quality time with your dog, come join the Compatible Canine (Rally) Class.
Rally is a great compliment to freestyle (dog dancing) especially Heelwork To Music!
